The sense of sanctuary begins as soon as you turn away from the paved road and onto the driveway. That's how it started for me when I came to Storms Road in the middle of winter 2014. Everything was covered in snow, half the house had no heat, several windows rattled in the wind and yet all I felt was peace and the scent of possibility. I’d left Brooklyn in need of retreat and renewal and Storms answered my call. Living in nature, bathing in the woods, changed me. It made me more whole, nurtured my creativity and renewed my spirit. I'm thrilled now to invite you to experience The Storms Retreat.
